1. I want balloons for an outdoor event. Will they actually survive?
It depends on the balloon type and how long the event runs. Latex helium balloons struggle outdoors in Singapore’s heat — direct sunlight and warm temperatures accelerate deflation, and you can expect noticeably shorter float times than indoors.
For outdoor events, we recommend foil balloons, air-filled garlands on stands, or balloon columns weighted at the base. These hold up significantly better.
2. What is the difference between a bouquet, a garland, and an arch?
A bouquet is a cluster of balloons tied together. It sits in one spot and works beautifully as a table centrepiece, a doorstep gift, or a birthday photo backdrop. It is the most affordable option and needs no installation.
A garland is a flowing, organic arrangement that runs along a wall, across a mantelpiece, or frames a doorway. It creates a lot of visual impact and is what most people see on Instagram. It needs to be assembled on-site and typically takes our team 45 to 90 minutes.
An arch frames an entrance or stage, whether freestanding or wall-mounted. It is the strongest visual statement and is most commonly used for grand openings, weddings, and corporate events.

3. How many balloons do I actually need for a typical HDB living room setup?
For a standard HDB living room, a 6 to 8-foot garland with a number stand or personalised bubble balloon is usually enough to transform the space. You do not need to fill every corner. One strong focal point photographs well and feels intentional rather than cluttered.
If you want more coverage, a second arrangement near the dining table or entrance adds depth without overdoing it. Send us a photo of the space, and we will give you a specific recommendation with a price range attached.
4. Do you take the decorations down after the event?
Packdown is included in all our on-site installation services. We return at the agreed-upon end time, dismantle everything, and clear the space. You do not need to handle any of it.
If you would like to keep specific elements, such as a personalised bubble balloon or a neon sign, just let us know, and we will leave those behind when we collect the rest.
5. Can I include a physical card or other items inside a surprise box alongside the balloons?
Yes, a handwritten card, cash, vouchers, or small flat items can be included inside the box alongside the balloons. Let us know at the time of ordering so we can factor it into the packing.
Bulkier items can sometimes be accommodated depending on the box size. WhatsApp us with details of what you want to include, and we will confirm whether it works.
