1. I have never ordered balloons or party décor online before. Where do I even start?
The easiest place to start is our Browse by Occasion section. Pick your celebration type, and you will see the products that work best for it! Alternatively, you can WhatsApp us with the date and a rough idea of what you are planning. We will make a recommendation, and you can decide from there.
2. Can I order for someone else — a surprise delivery to a different address?
Yes, and it is one of the most popular ways people use our services.
Simply provide the recipient’s address as the delivery address at checkout, select your preferred delivery window, and let us know if there is anything we should be aware of (e.g. a gated estate, specific unit access, etc.).
We do not include invoice or pricing paperwork in surprise deliveries unless asked.
3. How do I know my order will actually arrive on time?
We take delivery windows seriously because we know a late balloon delivery ruins the surprise.
We confirm your delivery slot when the order is placed, send an update when your order is prepared, and our delivery crew operates on scheduled routes rather than open-ended ‘sometime today’ windows.
For time-critical events, we recommend morning slots to provide a buffer if anything unexpected comes up.
4. What if I order the wrong thing, or change my mind after I have paid?
For standard products, we can usually accommodate changes if you contact us at least 48 hours before your delivery date.
For personalised or custom orders, once production has started, changes may not be possible, or may carry a small charge.
We will always tell you where you stand, and if we cannot change something, we will tell you immediately rather than let you find out on delivery day.
5. Do you guarantee the balloons will still look good by the time my event starts?
Yes, with an important caveat: float time depends on the type of balloon and the conditions. Foil balloons will look perfect for days. Latex helium balloons are best within 8 to 12 hours of inflation, which is why we time delivery close to your event. If your event runs long or is outdoors, we will proactively recommend products that hold up better.
